Therapy for thoughtful adults who want more than coping skills
I help people move from understanding to meaningful change - supporting both emotion regulation and deeper questions of meaning, values, and direction
You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward—even if nothing is obviously “wrong.”
Often, this isn’t because something is broken, but because your inner life is asking for attention.
Many people I work with are thoughtful, reflective, and have already tried to understand themselves — through reading, therapy, or personal growth. Yet insight alone, hasn’t translated into the kind of change they’re looking for.
How I Work
My approach integrates existential psychotherapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Together, we explore questions of meaning, identity, values, and choice — while also developing practical skills for emotion regulation and navigating life’s challenges. This approach honors the inner life while staying grounded in real-world change.
Therapy here isn’t about rushing toward solutions or fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s about slowing down enough to understand what’s actually happening, and then learning how to respond differently over time.
Who This Is For
I work primarily with adults who:
Feel stuck despite being capable, reflective and self-aware
Struggle with anxiety, emotional intensity, or major life transitions
Want therapy that welcomes depth, meaning and honest exploration
Are seeking growth beyond symptom relief alone
